OmegaFlex is a nourishing formula containing glucosamine hydrochloride, pure EPA omega-3, as well as omega-6 & -9 long-chain fatty acids and botanical triterpenes. This combination of natural ingredients works synergistically to maximise the benefits to the health of the joints while also providing relief from discomfort caused by stiffness and aching, while supporting overall immune function and inflammatory response which are vulnerable to deterioration with regular intense exercise.

• Adults should routinely take between 2 and 4 OmegaFlex capsules daily, not exceeding 6 in any 24-hour period
• Children between 12 and 16 years should take 1 OmegaFlex capsule daily, not exceeding 2 in any 24-hour period

OmegaFlex should preferably be taken with food. It may take up to 3 months for the full beneficial effects to become apparent. Results may be quicker with a healthy and balanced diet.
